A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session amount.

No refunds are provided for completed services, prepaid packages, or gift cards.
4. Massage Services & Client Responsibilities

Clients must complete a health intake form before receiving a massage.

Our services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
5. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and prepaid session packages expire one year from the date of purchase.

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Promotions & Discounts

Special offers and promotions cannot be combined with other discounts.

Promotional services are non-refundable and must be used before expiration.
7. Liability & Waiver

By booking a session, you acknowledge that massages are not a substitute for medical care.
