1. Appointments & Services

All sales on massage services are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us immediately, and we will work to address your concerns.
2. Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages

Gift cards and prepaid session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable but may be used for any service of equal value.

Packages expire one year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a full charge for the scheduled service.
4. Special Promotions & Discounts

Promotional services, discounts, and special offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you purchase a promotional package and are unable to use it, we may allow you to apply the remaining balance toward other services at our discretion.
